After 40+ years in the food industry, building 100+ restaurants across 10 countries, this one’s personal, his dream after helping so many others build theirs. At 61, a Tata Mumbai Marathon gold medallist, he knows the business inside out and is still running but now, for his dream: serving honest, comforting Indian food that feels like home.
